Could be, but they're planning on crossing over half the Marvel Now! titles (Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, Wolverine and the X-Men, etc) as part of Age of Ultron, so it's hard to imagine how this could legitimately be out of continuity. Mind you, they could just call it an AU. *g*
